Once upon a time, in a bustling city filled with dreams, there were two souls who unknowingly embarked on a journey destined to intertwine their lives forever.

Chante and Brian’s relationship first started at the Millennium concert. Sparks flew as they bonded over their shared love for food, traveling, and movies. What started as friendship quickly blossomed into a beautiful romance.

Chante, a sweet, risk averse soul with a huge heart. Brian, an adventurous, risk-taking soul with a vision for the future. As days turned into years, their bond deepened with each shared laugh, lingering glance, and whispered conversation. They discovered a profound connection.

We are absolutely thrilled to invite you to celebrate our wedding with us! Your love and support mean the world to us, and we cannot wait to share this special day with you. PAYMENT PLAN

A monthly payment plan will be created based on your specific package, and the breakdown will be shown on your invoice. Auto Billing is an option that can be selected upon booking.

Final payment date is NO LATER than 5pm on March 14, 2025. A late fee of $100 per person will apply if your payment is submitted anytime after.

FAQ

1) Can I book on my own or through my own travel agent? No. You MUST book your reservation within the contracted room block through Royal Destinations. You can not book through another source. They are at your service.

2) Is airfare included in the rates provided? No, airfare to Sangster International Airport (MBJ) is not included in the rates.

3) Do I need a passport to travel? A valid passport is required for travel to Jamaica. If you need to apply for a passport, please go to www.travel.state.gov.

4) Do you recommend that I arrive on a specific date? It is best to arrange travel a day or two prior to the wedding day. We do not advise arriving on the wedding day. You also may not want to leave the morning after all of the festivities. We recommend giving yourself a day to relax after the wedding day.

5) Is there a minimum required stay? Yes. The minimum required stay is 3 nights (Example: July 23, 2025 - July 26, 2025 or July 24, 2025 - July 27, 2025). There is no maximum.

6) Can I make my initial deposit at a later date or do I have to make it on the date listed on the website? Prices are only locked in until the initial deposit date that is listed. You can make your initial deposit at a later date, but be advised that prices are subject to change until a deposit is made.

7) What if I am ready to make my deposit, but my roommate is not? All travelers are required to make their initial deposit before a reservation is created.

8) What happens if I do not make any payments until after the final payment date listed? The payment plan expires after the final payment date listed. You would have to pay in full in order to book a reservation after the final payment date.

9) Is one person responsible for payments, or can each person in the room pay for themselves? Roommates can coordinate payments as they please. Each person can make their own payments by completing separate payment forms, or one person can make payments for all parties using one form.

10) If I book a single room now, am I able to add someone to the room at a later date? Yes. Your initial reservation will reflect the total cost for a single occupancy room. Once your roommate is added, your reservation will be modified to double occupancy and the updated rate will reflect the double occupancy rate.

11) If I book a room category now, am I able to upgrade or downgrade in the future? Yes. As long as that room category is available, you can upgrade or downgrade.

12) Can I change my travel dates at any time? As long as the dates are not sold out, you can change your travel dates without penalty up to two weeks prior to travel.

13) Can I stay at a different resort and attend the wedding? No. To attend the wedding, you MUST stay at the hosted resort.

14) Are payments refundable or transferrable? Deposits and ALL payments made to Royal Destinations LLC are non-refundable and non-transferable, UNLESS travel insurance is purchased. This is because Royal Destinations has contractual agreements with hotels, airlines, cruises and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds. This way we can keep our package prices competitive, and allow you to make monthly payments towards your reservation.

15) Should I purchase travel insurance? Yes! Travel protection is HIGHLY recommended. It allows you to cancel and get a refund per the terms of the insurance policy selected. A vacation is a huge investment and you should protect it!

16) How do I purchase Travel Insurance? You will have the option to add insurance to your reservation on the booking page.

17) When is my final payment due? The final payment is due NO LATER than 5pm on March 14, 2025.

18) What happens if I make my final payment after March 14, 2025? A late fee of $100 per person will apply if your payment is submitted anytime after March 14, 2025 and your reservation is subject to automatic cancellation.

19) Can I make payments at any time? Yes. You can make payments at any time through your account as long as 50% of your balance is paid off by January 14, 2025 and 75% of your balance is paid off by February 14, 2025. We highly recommend following the monthly payment plan.

20) How do I request changes to my reservation? All changes must be requested in writing (email). Simply send an email to Jovi requesting the change that you would like. Changes can not be requested by phone.

21) Are children allowed? We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an Adults-only event. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night! Children are welcome to travel and a kid club is available on the resort for your convenience. Thank you!

22) Can I bring a date? Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Feel free to travel with a plus one, however, they will not be able to attend the wedding. Thank you for your understanding.

23) What is the dress code? The dress code is semi-formal.

24) What is the best way to contact Jovi, the travel agent/wedding planner? Emailing Travel@royaldestinationsny.com is the best way to contact us, as you will likely get a reply within minutes during business hours. We service large groups, so our phone lines are often occupied. If you prefer to call, please feel free to. If we are unavailable, please leave a detailed message and Jovi will get back to you within 24 hours. You can also email us to schedule a call.
